How to place an order on TomorrowTea
1. The basket
By clicking on "Add to basket" you can choose the products you wish to order, and so your products are placed in the basket. It is possible to modify your selection at any time until you have paid for your order.

When you are ready to finalise your order, click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be taken to the next order stage.



2. Checkout
If you already have a customer account, please register with your e-mail address and password.

You do not need to create a customer account to place an order!
The creation of a customer account is done when you place your first order.
You can modify your account at any time by logging in.
You can reset your password by clicking on the following link
You will also have the opportunity to register as a new customer. Your details will be stored, processed and used in compliance with the data protection provisions (confidentiality agreement). Any further use or passing on to third parties is excluded.

The procedure on the "Cashier" page is as follows

Billing details
In this section, you are requested to check and fill in your surname, first name, e-mail address, as well as your billing and delivery addresses.

Your order
In this framework, you can check the items in your order, the price of delivery (free of charge above 49€), and select the payment method you wish to use.

Once payment has been made, you will be taken to a page summarising the details of your order, i.e. the delivery/invoicing address, the price, the chosen payment method, and the e-mail address used.

3. What happens after I place my order?
24 hours after you have paid for your order, we will send you an email with a summary of your order. This also means that your order has been forwarded to our logistics centre, which will prepare your package within the next few hours. You will receive 2 to 3 working days after the validation of your order, your online tracking number in order to follow the delivery of your package.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so by e-mail or post within 14 days after payment of your order. Please respect the following format:
