Information on the right of withdrawal
§ 13 Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal act for purposes which do not fall within his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of revocation of the consumer
You may withdraw from the contract of sale within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). A model withdrawal form is enclosed which can be used but is not binding. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send us a message before the end of the revocation period that you wish to exercise your right of revocation.

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we must refund all payments received by us, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than that offered by us for standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For refunds, we will use the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no event will you be charged for such refunds. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until you have shown us proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the fourteen days. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods. For a possible deterioration of the product you only owe us compensation to the extent that the use or deterioration is due to contact with the product, which extends beyond testing the properties and function.

This right does not apply to contracts....

The supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are intended for the production of an individual consumer choice or decision prevails or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs ;
The supply of goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date is rapidly passed;
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed in the contract may be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract is signed, and their present value of fluctuations depends on the market over which the contractor has no influence;
The supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts....
If their seal has been removed after the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for health or hygiene reasons to be returned ;
The delivery of goods if they have been mixed after delivery due to their inseparable nature in connection with other goods ;
For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Returns

Customers are requested to return the goods as a prepaid parcel to the seller and to keep the receipt of the shipment. The seller will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs if this has been requested in advance, unless they are payable by the buyer himself.

Customers are requested to avoid damaging or contaminating the product. Goods should be returned with all accessories to the seller, if possible in their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the buyer, another suitable packaging must be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during transport and to avoid claims for damage due to defective packaging.
